We have multiple singing and playing opportunities including: Chancel Choir, Handbell Choir, Intergenerational Choir and our Praise Band. Leawood UMC is also the home of a magnificent Berghaus Pipe Organ which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022. Recently, on Dec. 7, 2025, the Chancel Choir and Orchestra premiered a new cantata by Gavin Lendt, "Dawn of Hope."

During December of 2025, the Chancel Choir and orchestra premiered the Advent cantata, "Dawn of Hope" by composer Gavin Lendt.
In 2022, the Chancel Choir and orchestra premiered the Christmas cantata, "Living in the Light" by composer Gavin Lendt.
